NYC In-person + Online: Embrace Winter Qi with Astrology, Feng Shui, Tibetan Medicine & Mindfulness

hosted by: New York Insight Meditation Center

Join us for a special program featuring an awakening wisdom experience with feng shui expert Anjie Cho, world-renowned Tibetan doctor Dawa Ridak, and mindfulness life coach Tashi Chödrön.

The common principles in astrology and feng shui are time and placement. Astrology is the art and science of integrating our past, present, and future, while feng shui deals with our relationship to qi (life force energy.) Learn about the qualities of yin qi and the water element for this time of year, as well as practical ways to invite them into your life and home. Knowing symbols and timing creates positive energy and purity, which then brings us favorable outcomes and well-being.

In this talk, participants will learn about their fundamental body types, called the Three Humors in Tibetan medical and astrological studies. Participants will learn how to embrace the winter with proper spacing and diet.

$20 per ticket (limited seating so register early)

  • The first 30 Ticket holders will receive a complimentary Tibetan calendar pocketbook in person: postage is extra for those online so we can mail to you.

  • Live Raffle Draw (Two lucky ticket holders will receive a signed Feng Shui book, valued at $19.99, Mindful Home by Anjie Cho. The winner doesn’t have to be in person, but postage is paid by the winner.

  • Tibetan herbal products for anti-aging, stress reduction, relaxation, and detox will be for sale by Dr. Dawa.

  • Tea and Himalayan snacks will be served.
